Throughout this renaissance, the Erie County Redevelopment Authority (ECRDA) has played a pivotal role in local business development, facilitating loan and grant funding and providing expert technical assistance for hundreds of businesses.
Today, ECRDA is building on its property development success by addressing the needs of the new economy while strengthening its foundation.

To facilitate job creation and retention and increase prosperity in the Erie region.
To accomplish this, we build the area’s economic development infrastructure through the acquisition, development and redevelopment of real estate in Erie County and provide grant and lending opportunities to businesses and municipalities.
