Jake Rouch

Jake Rouch began his career as an Economic Development Planner for the Economic Development Corporation of Erie County (EDCEC). He later served as Executive Director of both the DuBois Area Economic Development Corporation and DuBois Area Chamber of Commerce.

In 1994, Jake returned to Erie as the Executive Director of the Erie Conference on Community Development, and in 2002 helped form the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership (ERCGP) — a corporation created through a merger of the Erie Conference, Erie Area Chamber, and Erie Insight. He worked at the ERCGP as both CEO and Vice President of Economic Development, and is currently the founding principal of Groundwork 2 Growth, LLC.

Jake has presented at state and national economic development and chamber conferences, appeared on CSPAN, Fox Business, and NPR, and has been interviewed by Inc. Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and numerous media outlets throughout Pennsylvania for his expertise on economic development.
