Belal Jonaid

Growing up along the East Coast, Belal developed an appreciation for diversity and the power of local communities — both of which inform much of his work today. His background in political economy with a focus on developmental studies gives him a strong foundation as an ECRDA Grant Administrator.

Belal is excited to be working in a region with limitless potential, and — when he’s not working — he enjoys the outdoors, poetry and cross-country skiing.

Belal holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University.
