Sheila Richter

Sheila grew up in Buffalo and has lived in Erie since her college days — drawn in by the generosity and vibrance of the community.

Her drive to make Erie and the world a better place is reflected in her background in social work and higher education administration. That drive continues past the work day into her free time — when you’ll find her performing cemetery research and cleaning tombstones for families across the country, refinishing furniture, and working on her golf game.

As an ECRDA grant administrator, Sheila helps local business owners explore the opportunities available through various grant sources.

Sheila holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Mercyhurst University.
