Erie County Redevelopment Authority Hires Two People

Leah Manino

Leah Manino, finance professional, joins the Erie County Redevelopment Authority (ECRDA) team as its new vice president of finance.

Manino will serve as the CFO to the Enterprise Development Center of Erie County (EDCEC), the real estate arm of the Redevelopment Authority. She will also lead the lending operation for ECRDA.

Prior to joining ECRDA, most recently Manino served as CFO of the Northwest Institute of Research, Inc., for three years following her nearly 20-year career at Northwest Bank where she was vice president of commercial lending.

Katrina Keeley

Also joining the ECRDA team is Katrina Keeley to the new position of grant administrator. Keeley recently relocated from Cleveland where she served the small business community as program coach at Case Western University Business for World Benefit Clinic and as director of operations for Harness Cycle, where she focused on rebuilding neighborhood small businesses and community outreach.
