Advisory councils’ near-real time observations complement Bank research, enabling the Cleveland Fed to get a better picture of economic conditions in the Fourth District. ECRDA Vice President Chris Groner was named to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Bank Advisory Council.

Stefanelli’s Candies Opens New Harborcreek Location
Stefanelli’s Candies cut the ceremonial ribbon at its new Harborcreek location, 4500 Buffalo Road, on Monday, Feb. 6. The Erie County Redevelopment Authority, using the Harborcreek Township Revolving Loan Fund, provided a $30,000 loan toward the renovation of the former Wine & Spirits property located within the Price Rite Plaza.
